A few details
A brand operating in the sports apparel industry mostly engaged in wholesale and slightly in retail through its eshop which was not very successful. The objective of the project was to increase eshop traffic, increase conversions and customer retention.
Some special
Home page, Category page and Product Page had to be altered in the most optimal way in order to improve conversion rates and generate sales.
How we solved it
Extensive analysis was carried as far as UX and UI are concerned in an attempt to make user experience as seamless as possible.

The customers first see
Focused on homepage where we eased site navigation through effective categorization of the products, placed relevant info at the header so that one could understand what the store offers in a few seconds and added banners with special offers and promotions
Making search easy
Search options were poor on the existing eshop. Therefore we decided to go for sorting by setting canonicals and navigational tags properly so that customers are given plenty of filtering options that help them find products easy and quickly.

Buying decision made easy
The final decision to make a purchase depends on the quality and the quantity of information provided on a Product page. To this end we performed photo shooting with models wearing all the clothes. Therefore place high quality images with zoom and color picker that enhance the decision making process of the byers. Special attention was given to descriptions, Price and call to action buttons such as Add to Cart.

In order to bypass login guests can also proceed to the payment process just entering their email.
Faster login method was implemented along with the capability to login with Facebook.
